GT-50 USB Firmware update Instructions

Download Programmer here:

Mac OS special instructions:

  • Unzip File

  • Right click on SetupSTM32CubeProgrammer-2.X.0.app

  • Select Show Package Contents

  • Double click on MacOS

  • Double click on “SetupSTM32CubeProgrammer-2_X_0_macos” to execute it

Download GT-50: Firmware V14

Upgrade Instructions

  • Power the GT-50 via both the red and yellow wires (Master Switch ON)

  • Press and hold the center button. While holding the center button press and hold both the outer buttons until the GT-50 display clears, you are now in programming mode

  • Open the STM32CubeProgrammer application on your computer

  • Connect the USB cable from your computer to the GT-50

  • Choose USB in the upper right and refresh the port then “Connect”

  • Choose the “Erasing and Programming” tab on the left

  • Browse to the GT-50.bin file on your computer

  • Choose “Verify Programming” and “Run after programming”

  • Click “Start Program…”
